Group Exercise

YMCA Group Exercise Classes welcome all ages and fitness levels. Taking a group class means making new friends and having fun – while gaining strength, endurance, and energy. Our skilled and certified instructors provide a welcoming, supportive environment suitable for all abilities. Ages 15+ are welcome in all group exercise classes; ages 12-14 must attend with an adult.

What to Bring: Water Bottle, Towel, Indoor Tennis Shoes

Location: Classes marked DS are held in the Dance Studio; Muscle Mayhem classes are held outdoors, weather permitting. All other classes are held in the Fitness Loft.

Group Exercise Class Rates:
Members: All group exercise classes are included with YMCA & insurance memberships.
Non-Members: 1 month – $35, 3 months – $100, 6 months – $185, 1 year – $340

Y-Ride/Y-Row Rates:
Members: Ride/Row classes are included for YMCA members.
Non-members may pre-purchase blocks of classes for Y-Ride & Y-Row:
10 Classes – $44.00
35 Classes – $130.00
60 Classes – $220.00

Members & pre-paid non-members may reserve a bike in advance by calling 724-547-9622 or stopping at the Front Desk.
