Guest Pass Policy
The YMCA of Laurel Highlands welcomes guests to our facility. For security reasons and the safety of all members, all adult guests (ages 18 and over) must present a photo ID.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Membership dues are non-refundable.

The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet the minimum enrollment numbers.  Programs cancelled by the YMCA will be fully refunded.  If a participant cancels enrollment in a program prior to it's start, the YMCA will issue a credit only, minus a 25% processing fee. Once the class has met, there will be no refunds granted. In case of medical emergencies, a refund will be issued for the remaining classes.
Classes canceled due to bad weather or other situation beyond the YMCA's control will be made up if time permits, but no refunds will be given.

Financial Assistance
At the YMCA, no one is turned away for an inability to pay. The YMCA provides financial assistance to youth, families and individuals who do not have the resources to pay the full membership or program fee. Scholarships are provided for qualifying applicants within our means.

The YMCA Scholarship Program is supported by The Strong Kids Campaign (the YMCA’s annual giving campaign), contributions received from the United Way and the YMCA’s annual Celebrity Golf Tournament.
